Treatment is focused on releasing stress patterns and stored emotions both physically and energetically. This treatment takes the body into “rest and restore” in a time of stress, allowing it to slow down and slowly heal. A nurturing and comforting environment to support you during a time of physical, emotional and mental stress. Massage after loss is recommended weekly or fortnightly as early as you feel comfortable. Womb Healing Massage is massage of the abdominal, sacral and womb areas helps to increase the flow of chi, one’s vital life for energy. It supports the clearing of blockages and stagnant energy held within the tissues of the body while restoring balance to the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.

You can receive womb healing at any stage of your cycle. Your practitioner will work with you to determine what techniques and treatments will suit. Note: massage during your bleed may be more uncomfortable.
