Through her studies and clinical experience she has gained a wealth of knowledge in Chinese medicine theory, anatomy and physiology, herbal medicine, supplementation, dietetics, pathology and diagnostic tests.

Her treatments weave the traditional practices of Chinese medicine together with the knowledge provided by evidence-based practice to help her clients achieve optimal health.

Remedial Massage Therapist

Lauren Baylor is Remedial Massage therapist and Reiki practitioner. After suffering a back injury in 2017 she underwent a healing journey regarding how pain is stored in the body. After months of consultations with doctors and neurosurgeons to see whether surgery was required it was with the assistance of physiotherapists, energy healers and creative modalities that Lauren recovered. She discovered a new appreciation in physical and mental health which inspired training in intuitive massage. The mind-body-spirit connection has been a fascinating journey and Lauren looks forward to adding more modalities to her toolbox!
